The Wounded Healers Network, led by Eric and Jules, supports individuals navigating grief, loss, and addiction/recovery by helping them acknowledge the chaos or crisis they’re experiencing and take the first step toward healing: developing healthy routines. We provide tools to build resilience and foster personal growth through physical, mental, and emotional practices, creating a solid foundation for recovery and empowerment. Our offerings are designed to guide participants toward self-awareness, strength, and peace in the midst of life’s challenges.
Resilience Yoga: Combines mindful movement and breath to build inner strength and stability.
Qi Gong: Cultivates life energy through gentle exercises and meditative focus.
Breathwork: Develops awareness and calm through intentional breathing techniques. Primal Movement: Reconnects the body to natural, functional movement patterns for vitality.
